March 2019 Special Event Descriptions

Lambert House Outdoor Rec is a hike on the Olympic Peninsula coast Sunday, March 17. Arrive at Lambert House by 7:00 am, returning by 10:00 pm. Olympic National Park protects over 73 miles of the some of the most primitive natural coastline in the 48 contiguous United States. The views of ocean, cliffs, headlands, and islands, coupled with the dramatic changing sea, provide a unique wilderness experience. Bring sturdy shoes, a day pack, 1 qt. water, a hearty lunch, warm jacket, warm hat, gloves, and snack food. See or phone the front desk for details (206-322-2515 ext *819, from 4:00 – 9:30 pm M-F). Liability release form is required. $20 deposit required to sign up, returned the day of the hike.

Love Through All Colors has been rescheduled (due to snow in February) to Saturday, March 23rd from 8pm-Midnight at All Pilgrims, 500 Broadway E, Seattle, WA 98102. A dance for LGBTQ and ally youth ages 13-22, no alcohol, no drugs, no hate! Suggested donation $10-20. DJ, activities, and food!

Queer Author Chat with Seattle Public Library and queer authors C.B. Lee & Julia Embers offering tips of the trade and chatting about what a career in writing can look like. Wed, March 13 4-6pm in the Library.

Art Night is now every Wednesday, 4:30-6pm! Liam will continue to facilitate every other week, & a new volunteer, Shayla, joins us to facilitate alternate weeks a/o 3/27! Learn new skills, & use different media to explore and share yourself and your world. Upcoming youth gallery opportunities are being planned!
